Whether your aim is weight loss, muscle gain, or getting back in shape, I tailor one-on-one sessions to fit your specific needs for maximum results.
Private Small Group Training
A small group allows the personal trainer to offer corrections and appropriate modifications and progressions. The workouts change and evolve as the group progresses. When individuals exercise in a group, they establish relationships and make friends, which helps to increase adherence to the program.
Boot Camp Classes
Classes are offered in Paterson on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 AM, and Saturdays at 9 AM. Evening sessions take place in Saddle Brook on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 PM and 7 PM. Each class follows a circuit-style format, combining strength and aerobic training with a strong focus on proper form to help you safely build strength and confidence.
