Hi, I’m Eslam, a certified personal trainer specializing in weight training and total body transformation for women. My passion is helping women become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident versions of themselves—both physically and mentally.

But my journey didn’t start with confidence or knowledge. About 15 years ago, when I first got into fitness, I had no idea what I was doing. I would take group classes at a gym where the instructor stood at the front and offered little guidance. My form was off, and I didn’t understand how that could affect my joints or long-term health. Over time, I began learning more about exercise, proper form, and the incredible impact strength training has on a woman’s body and mind.

That’s what inspired me to create Fitness for Her—a private space where women of all fitness levels and ages can feel supported, seen, and coached with intention. My boot camp classes and personalized training offer a hands-on approach that focuses on form, function, and the empowerment that comes with lifting weights.

Through my female-only programs, I create a supportive and empowering environment where women can thrive. Whether you’re new to exercise or ready to take your strength to the next level, I’ll provide expert guidance and motivation every step of the way.

As a mom of four, I also understand the real-life challenges women face—from balancing busy schedules to navigating postpartum recovery. That’s why I combine strength training with lifestyle nutrition to help women achieve sustainable, life-changing results.
